Dress & Dazzle is unable to accept return of any product.

In case you have any queries regarding the return of a product, please write to us at hello@gajraindia.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails.

www.dressanddazzle.in / www.dressanddazzle.com will not provide the option of exchange for any reason including colour mismatch since product colour may vary slightly due to photographic/ natural light sources

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, email us a video of the damaged product. Please email us at info@dressanddazzle.com about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order

Upon authorization of return in one off cases, we will gladly offer you an exchange/ store credit on a case-by-case basis
